Terms of service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By buying you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the payment method you use is yours.

What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use a piece of software for the period stated on the product page. You are not buying the software itself, and the licence is personal to you.

Sharing, reselling, or publishing a licence key ends the licence immediately with no refund. Keys are tied to individual buyers and shared keys are revoked when detected.

Third-party services

Our products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by any game publisher or platform holder. Using third-party software with an online game will in most cases breach that game’s terms of service.

The consequences of that are yours to carry. Account suspensions, bans, and loss of purchased in-game content are not grounds for a refund, and we cannot appeal them on your behalf. If that risk is not acceptable to you, do not buy.

Availability

Software is provided as-is. Builds may be paused, updated, or withdrawn at any time, including for reasons outside our control such as a game update. We publish the current state of every product on the status page and update it as things change.

A paused build during your licence period does not extend that period automatically. If a product is offline for an extended stretch, contact support and we will look at your case individually.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell our software. Do not use it to access, damage, or interfere with systems you do not own or have permission to use. Do not use it to harass other people.

We may suspend or terminate a licence without refund for any breach of this section.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of game accounts, in-game items, or time.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use our products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
