Accessing your licence key
Find your delivery, retrieve the key and understand pending payment states.
Where your key appears

Finish payment
Keep the checkout page open until it shows that the payment has completed or is waiting for confirmation.

Open the confirmation
After payment confirms, the order page displays the delivered key or the instructions for collecting it.

Check your email
A copy is sent to the address used at checkout. Check spam, junk and promotions folders if it is not in the main inbox.
If payment is pending
Card payments normally update quickly. Cryptocurrency orders wait for the required network confirmation, so delivery may take longer even though the payment has already been sent.
Do not create several replacement orders while one payment is pending. Save the order link and let support inspect the original transaction if it does not update.
Protect your licence
- Do not post the key in public chats, screenshots or videos.
- Do not share or resell it; licences are tied to the original buyer.
- Keep the order email because it is your quickest route back to the delivery page.

If the key is missing
Contact support with the order number, purchase email and payment status. Do not send full card details, passwords or cryptocurrency wallet recovery phrases.
