Install and launch a product
A reliable first-launch order that leaves room for each provider’s specific instructions.
Before launching
- Confirm the product is marked Undetected on the live status page.
- Complete the pre-setup checklist and restart after system updates.
- Download the newest files from your own order page.
- Read the included instructions from beginning to end before opening the game or loader.
Use the supplied launch order
There is no universal launch order. Some products start before the game, some after reaching a menu, and others require a separate preparation step. Use the order written in the delivery instructions for your exact product.
Do not guess
If your delivery has no launch instructions, contact support before running it. Instructions copied from a different product can cause errors or invalidate a licence session.
Activate the licence

Open the official loader
Use only the file supplied with the current order and product version.

Enter the key once
Paste the licence exactly as delivered. If activation fails, record the complete message instead of repeatedly submitting it.

Follow the on-screen state
Wait for the loader to report that it is ready before moving to the next product-specific step.
After the first launch
Keep the order link and original files. Check the status page before every later session, especially after a game or Windows update, because an update can temporarily change compatibility.
